Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your session, thus lessening its effectiveness. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a 24-hour notice. If you need to cancel your appointment call the office at: (262) 955-2050. If we don't answer leave your information on our answering service.

Please keep in mind no-shows or last minute cancellations leave us with empty appointment times that clients on our waiting list could have used. Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

• More than 24 hours notice:  Appointment will be cancelled at no charge
• Less than 24 hours notice:  50% of the appointment price will be charged
• Failure to show without notice:  100% of the appointment price will be charged

Cancellation fees are payable prior to scheduling a new appointment. By scheduling an appointment you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
